Baymont by Wyndham Green Bay

I booked a pet friendly room here online. Called the front desk to ask if they had a weight limit on dogs. To which David or Derek told me we didn’t book a pet friendly room. So I told him I would have to cancel my reservation to which he responded “Ok, have a nice day”. Fast forward to the day after the canceled stay and they charged my credit card still. I called and spoke to the man and he said he held the room for me so they wouldn’t refund my money. He said that I had to cancel it online. Which he never told me that! I asked him why he never told me that and he wouldn’t answer the question. He just lied and said “I tell people they have to cancel it online”. I asked to speak to his boss and he said he was the GM. I called corporate office and they told me he wasn’t the GM and that they would have him contact me. He never did. So corporate gave me the owners phone number WHICH WASN’T A WORKING NUMBER! Hang in there it gets better. My girlfriend had booked the hotel online with a booking site and booked a pet friendly room. When we got there they said they were out of pet friendly rooms! So they ended up giving us a refuel at room instead because they made a mistake. On top of all of this. D NOT bring your families here. There was drug use through out the hotel and a man and women literally smoking crack in the hallway! Luckily it was just my gf and our dog. This place is a joke and still refuses to refund me my money even though I canceled it with the ‘GM’. I could go on and on about how awful and disgusting this place is.

It was excellent and a good price! The only thing I want to say as an advice is have more careful with hope the people park the trucks . We arrived in one semi truck and it was super hard to get out in the morning because it was a lot of cars booking. The rest was excellent!!

Hotel is in a good location and the staff was nice.. but the hallways smell like pets and spots in our room smelled like urine. The floors arenFILTHY and I felt dirty after every shower. Cheap and okay for 1 night but no more than that. Housekeeping did not clean my room after I specifically requested it.

Very nice and helpful staff when checking in from an Expedia reservation. Very accommodating when I had to extend my stay at last minute. We also have our company travelling employees stay here and they are more than helpful in setting it all up. They even resent me my receipts a months after our stay. Very helpful all the way through. Also great location in town. Close to restaurants, the airport, Lambeau Field, laundry service, grocery store, etc.

Not impressed and would not stay here again. There was hair on the bathroom floor and all over the bathtub/shower area. The bathtub was chipped and looked old. The carpet was clearly not vacuumed and had white stuff (kleenex or paper towel) all over it. The comforter on the bed was all stained and very old looking. Inside the room above the door on both sides there were cobwebs. One cobweb had a spider in it. Hotel hallway smelled old and not clean.
