Sundowner Mobile Home & RV Park

It was a very clean & well organized RV Park. Excellent priced. Easy to navigate to everything Farmington has to offer. Diane & her team go up & above to make sure your stay is stress free. Was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

My husband is working in Farmington and staying in this park. It is a nice, well cared for park. The management and owners are professional and work with "normal folk" well. As far as Farmington is concerned, I am grateful for the screening process they preform that other reviewers complained about.

We spent just over a year at sundowner with our fifth wheel. Ray and Diane were very gracious hosts, and Jonathan was great! He was always very helpful and attentive to our needs. The facilities were very clean and well kept, and we always felt safe in the park. I highly recommend them, and we will definitely stay there again the next time we’re in the area.

Sundowner is nice, quiet, and secure. It's a bit higher in price than the other RV parks, but clean laundry room with no waiting, clubhouse, and plenty of shade makes it well worth what little extra they charge. I lived here one whole month...never heard one loud voice, or disturbance. I'll be back. Second stay, They are friendly and caring. I caught the virus during my time in Farmington, and Dianne practically adopted me during my illness. She went to the store for me, spoke with my family, and basically treated me like one of the family. It's a great park, and I recommend it to anyone.
