We had an incredibly restful and restorative week staying in the Blue Gill cabin at Tall Timbers Resort. Barb and Jan were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The cabin was well equipped, had comfy beds, and - best of all - had a fantastic screened in porch/sun room over looking the channel. We could not have asked for better weather, so we feel extra fortunate with that bit of luck. This is a place we will definitely return to. Thanks to our super hostesses for a lovely week!

Love the place at tall timber’s cabins , we thought the Beds were queens but the beds are fulls in the blue gill had troubles sleeping on them due to ankle issues. I was little worried going down the steps to the beach to get to the dock. Was little concerned about falling. But everything else we love. Jan lee and barb are amazing people. Would stay here again down the road.

This is one of the gems of the Northwoods. We live 2 hours from here and stayed the weekend for a wedding. We know the area, and know the resorts. This is right up there at the top of the list. Cabins are extremely well taken care of. Very clean and tidy. Beds were nice, kitchens well equipped, and every cabin has its own dock and fire pit. Cabins are not crowded together and you really feel like your in your own Northwoods cabin. Not just a hotel room by the lake. Barb was super friendly and welcoming. She ever brought a couple totes of toys for our kids. Thank You So much for an awesome weekend. My wife even commented as we were leaving that this is the best family weekend she has had all year. Great place for a family vacation! The grounds are spacious and cabins are newly renovated. It's the perfect place to unplug and re-connect for any family.
