The Old Rittenhouse Inn is a beautiful and relaxing location to spend some quiet time in Bayfield. Our room was very comfortable and we were impressed with the beautiful stained glass windows and whirlpool tub. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed two very restful nights of sleep.nnWe were very impressed with the safety measures that all staff ensured by requiring all guests and staff, whether cleaning personal or dining staff, to wear masks while inside the Old Rittenhouse Inn. Breakfast was outstanding! Guests are offered choices from a variety of items on their menu. It was a very comfortable stay! We would be very pleased to return!

Great food and staff. Period.nnClean and spacious room. Historic atmosphere.nnAny areas of improvement? Yes. Please add air conditioner (they sell plug in one that are vertical and look great), the room becomes hot. The fan helps, but we were still warm.

Beautiful suite, beautiful view, wonderful shower, comfy beds and couches, lovely balcony, fantastic service and food. Attention paid to pandemic precautions by staff. A classy joint

Our stay at the Rittenhouse Inn was great. The ambience and food were wonderful, as was the service, even in these tough COVID times! I loved the old house and the chateau where we stayed. Easy walk to downtown and great views.

We staying at the chalet south room and it was fantastic! The chocolate covered strawberries were delicious and the room was clean.
