Howl Adventure Center

Beware of their shipping scam. Ordered a six dollar item, shipping was ten bucks. When the item was received it had been shipped in a regular envelope with two first class stamps. So about $1.15. I called the store and they said that’s just how it is. Fortunately my credit card company has much better customer service and refunded the $8.50 that these guys stole from me.

Awesome place. Grab a beer and sit outside on the patio and hang out or try out some gear. They have a bike shop and demos and great trail recommendations. Super friendly folks. Awesome beer. A bayfield area gem. Went here three times on my three day trip. Fun atmosphere. Good deals on gear and outdoor stuff. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Adventure Center. I rented a bike there the other day to go riding locally. Reserving a bike online was straight forward, the bike was ready for me when I arrived, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about both the bike and the options for local trails.nIn addition to the great staff I loved the atmosphere of the shop and the location. I think it is fantastic they have the land to be able to accommodate some great gear testing.nI will definitely be going back.

Dropped in on a Tuesday afternoon with a squeaky brake. Mechanic fixed it while I waited and it was very affordable. Chatted with the sales folks about local trails. Very helpful and friendly.

We had the best time on our sailing experience! Our captain Owen was so sociable, and pointed out all of the sights! Truley made the trip worth it.
