Great place to catch coronavirus. Front desk lady had no mask and had a hacking, non-stop cough.nnFor anyone else who has dead outlets/lights in your rooms, the bed is pushed up against the outlets and makes the plugs wiggle out.nnPlace seemed fairly clean, but like others noted, the staff seems surly.

My stay was average. The rooms were very clean. There was no guide for the TV which I thought was odd. I was disappointed there was not a coffee maker in the room as I didn't want to use a shared one. When we got there there was a sign on the door stating masks were required in the building and the person working the front desk was not wearing one. I understand, however ,if it was for medical reasons.

I will say that we have had a great experience with the lady at the front desk. Her name is Cheyenne S. When I called to make my reservation she answered all my questions and was very friendly. When we came in she was as nice and friendly as on the phone. To many time have I walked into a hotel to find that the front desk person is far to busy and not so friendly. It was very refreshing to find that someone still cares about there job and customer service. She went above and beyond. It really does show how much she really cares about her job.I was sad to find out that today was her last night. Wishing she was going to still be here we would have came back many times just for the great customer service
