Kind of a run-down trailer court. I've been inside a few of the trailer homes in this trailer park, and about 1 out of every 5 homes are decently sized with no major problems. The community park at the center of trailer court should be remodeled or demolished. A lot of good people live here nonetheless. Not the worst place to live in Rice Lake, WI.

Very quiet,friendly people. Manager is very nice and helpfull.
I lived in Camelot acres for over 10 years back in the mid-eighties to the mid-90s. I didn't mind living there but I hear it's not quite as nice and it's a lot more expensive!
