Awesome owner Mr. Jung ( Bless him & his kindness) & workers Pauline (My favorite she's fabulous with everything. She really helped me out - phenomenal customer service)nEVERYTHING is so clean including the outside grounds around the lodge), polite, very friendly, helpful, considerate, Nice atmosphere, decor from eating area to front desk is very delightful. Quiet, private, 24 hour customer service. You can call front desk & they will bring you what you need if you would like, otherwise cleaning crew daily basis and very good with room cleaning & stocking! Horrible service from the man the is older non English. That lady is very nice and helpful charged me today for 101.84 for the night I'm not able to find my card on file so I went to cancel my room mind you before check in 3om today the man said u can't cancel it in the same day.. and then the man said he needs to speak with his manger mind you it's really hard to understand this man. Then he puts me in hold and then speaks back to me when done. Said they can't do same day. So I then asked to speak with manger and he said manger is no longer available and then I asked if I could speak with someone above him and he said no. I'm still not there and they still charged me even after my cancellation. Thus place is a joke
Last night was not bad the only bad thing about it was that The pool was closed because the carona virus but the room wasn’t bad either but when you came in it smelled like a cabin like kind of I just wished the pool was open but it was fun
It was very comfy. Clean.
