This is a great place to stay. The owner-managers live onsite, and are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are small by modern standards, but they are very clean and well-appointed, and the beds are comfy. It's on a nice property on the shore. It's really nice that you're just steps from the Tri-County Corridor trail.
Next time I find myself in Ashland, this will be my go to place to stay. The hospitality was something you won’t get at any chain hotel/motel - the owners of this place really went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and welcomed. This is the kind of small business that I love to support. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay!
Incredibly kind people and a wonderful place. No reason to stay anywhere else in the area. So grateful places like this exist :)
The rooms are tiny. Very comforting, but tiny
Our room was clean & inviting. The beds were comfortable. The location was quiet & convenient to places to eat or to purchase needed items. Tony and Jordan are friendly and very helpful hosts. They know the area well & made recommendations of places to go. We enjoyed our first night so well that we ended up staying a second night. We highly recommend the Bayview Motel.
