We just took a walk through the park to check out the bay and the old ore dock. Park seemed nice and well spaced out. Beach could use a little clean up.
Beautiful RV park on Lake Superior! All first come first serve so weekend would be tough in the summer or on holidays. Ashland is a fun town.
I never stayed at the campground. But the beach was nice. Got to swim in superior. I would definitely check out the campground in the future
This is a great park to bring kids to play at or to enjoy the small beach. Only downside is the geese that hang out there leave lots of droppings along the walk ways and grass, so no barefoot walking at all.
Nice city RV park by the water and walking distance to the downtown area.
