Bay City Cycles

This was my first time going to Bay City Cycle and what a great experience! Nick greeted me with a friendly wave and a contagious smile when I walked up to the shop. He was very helpful with offering to unload my bike when I arrived and showed me an easier way to load & travel with my bike when we were finished. He was knowledgeable and took time to show me what changes to make to my brakes so that I understood. My visit lasted about 10 minutes and I was back on my way. This kind of friendly experience is hardly seen/felt anymore.nAmazing service! Thanks Nick!

Bay City Cycles is awesome. They've been able to answer all of my (many completely silly) questions about bikes and cool places in the area to ride them, and I've been able to get (or order) everything bike-related I've needed over the last few months (which has included everything from parts to tools to a killer new used bike for my lady). When they don't have something in stock, they've been more than helpful in getting the part I need.nnAlso rentals! They let me rent a fat bike every week for like two months before I was finally able to pull the trigger on my own, and they made the purchase and ordering process super easy. They're everything you could want from a friendly, neighborhood LBS!

Customer service, quality of products and repairs are excellent!nCost are less than Duluth MN and comparable to Two Harbors, MN. Cycle Shops.

Just had a great experience picking up a roscoe 7. Alex was super responsive answering all of my questions. Service was excellent .

Very helpful staff. Honest and fair. Prices are a bit higher, but so is the quality of bike they sell.
