First off, the employees were excellent and very friendly. We were looking for a nice place to stay near Claremont,, NH and we were told this was the nicest hotel nearby. The hotel room was not worth the $163.00 per night we paid. We stayed three nights. King size bed,, 1 chair, pull out table, view was of the parking lot. There was a mini Kerig, mini fridge and microwave. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. The smallest space around the sink I have ever seen. Very bad lighting for putting makeup on. The door to the bathroom creaked like something out of a horror movie. It was fixed the next day after a call to the front desk. Scuffs on the walls. The whole hotel looked like it was trying hard to look presentable but once you got past the front desk it wasn't working out that way. We would never stay there again.

Haven't been here since the renovation! Clean, nicely decorated, and wonderful service.
They made so many changes and Im enjoying my stay.
