Elegant. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Still needs refreshing in the hallways as the owners fix up this wonderful mansion. A fascinating history and mini museum. Wonderful.
But on most amazing experience here in Vermont a must see must get away with your honey to enjoy this place to the fullest will definitely come back again breakfast was amazing delicious never seen anything like it will definitely have to come here again soon.....

The bed was not comfortable, could use warm rugs and decor was rough. It definitely shows signs of needing repairs. The staff is friendly, but the breakfast was very simple, better at a Super 8. But the grounds are pretty, hopefully is gets an upgrade on the home and lodge.
So much history and beauty! The staff were absolutely awesome and very knowledgeable of the historical aspects of the property. I loved the turret and tunnel!
