Sometimes we give a five star review not because the resort was perfect but because of the way the management dealt with its own imperfections. Hawk is just such an example. We had stayed here twice before and loved it. This last time we had some problems with the home we had rented. When we reported them to the management we were dealt with in a way that spoke volumes about the level of customer satisfaction that Hawk strives to achieve. Our concerns were dealt with graciously and very generously. We just couldn't have asked for or expected a more forthright and solicitous response. AMAZING! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this wonderful resort where you are treated so well and with a sincere desire to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We look forward to our return trip. Many, many thanks!
The road to get to the resort is very beautiful. There are many good spots to fish along the road.
Beautiful, comfortable, quiet, gorgeous, immaculate... all the adjectives! We stayed a spring weekend and the place was almost empty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, particularly the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The grounds are beautiful as well, with great walks on country lanes. The place is perfect for a couples getaway or a group. The riverside and bridge would be perfect for a wedding.nnThe only con is the somewhat dated decor, if that is important to you. Definitely worth the few minutes' drive if Okemo is your destination.
We rented a condo here for Thanksgiving and we liked it so much we decided to buy a house here.
Very quiet and quaint, service was nice and prompt. Rooms had a nice aesthetic and it wasn't too snowy during our stay!
