Rooms were dirty and there was mold in the bathroom. Stinks like stale cigarettes and there were stains on the carpets and even on the sheets & blankets. Not the worst hotel I e ever stayed at but pretty close.
I would like to say the young gentleman named Travis at the front desk was very polite and helpful. I'd also like to add that the room service by a very hard working staff member named Lori is very pleasant, polite and very accommodating she goes above and beyond her tasks at times. Her assistant Emily is also pleasant and accommodating. And Karen the front desk manager is super super nice and is prompt about getting what you need when you need it and she is pleasant as well. Thank you all for your kind service.
That was July and August 2014, but it seems to be the same for most of the times I have been in the area. They also have truck friendly parking out back and easy to access parking.
The front staff were very nice and helpful. The room unfortunately smelt like cigarette smoke and they were so unbelievably nice as I was worried that they would smell it and think that I/we did in a non smoking room. That I was worried that they would think we did and charge me an extra fee. Just so understanding and nice. They understood that not everyone is actually smoking in the non smoking rooms just because of the smell. Other then that I thought it was fine for one night or more if needed...We stayed due to weather :)nThank you all for your help. could be a little cleaner, but I am not complaining.nPS this is a non smoking facility, there are places that you can and CANNOT smoke. Please be courteous of the staff members, the owners and the other guests. It would really help them out!
Even though it was a non smoking room and no smoking within 20 feet of the building.nThe room reeked of smoke. People were smoking just outside of their rooms and the hallways were smelling of smoke also
