We have been coming once a year for the last 5 years to this sana magical, welcoming and beautiful b&b.nJoanie’s taste is impeccable. The house is set in an amazing place, overlooking a covered bridge, a river, a waterfall and a beautifully landscaped garden.nJoanie is kind, attentive to detail, personal needs of the guests and thoughtful.nBesides the wonderfully prepared breakfasts and the great rooms, there is a little pantry with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker for the use of the guestsnI would come more often if i could!!nDo not hesitate!

Absolutely lovely place for a weekend getaway - my boyfriend and I stayed here recently and have not stopped talking about it since we left. We stayed in the Sunrise Room which was absolutely adorable, not to mention completely spotless. The room was cozy, bed was extremely comfortable and there is even a jacuzzi in the room! At night we watched the stars from the balcony. Joan was a wonderful host and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. She even cooked us an INCREDIBLE breakfast in the morning! We had the most relaxing, romantic weekend here and cannot wait to come back.
