The girls run a traditional cute little place. They have a little kitchen that does breakfast. They have one of the room there good for dogs and one I believe has a small kitchenette kind of set up.
The place was great and has an absolutely spectacular view. The owners were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better (or safer!) stay.
Lovely gardens and the views are breathtaking! The new owner is ever so nice! Very clean.
We found Marshfield Inn quite by accident. We simply were traveling and needed a place to stay that evening. It would have been great to find it earlier in the day since there are trails to walk and explore right by the hotel. A fair priced breakfast is offered in the office if you want. Rooms are nice and clean with everything you need. It was a cool night so we didn't need the AC that is not available anyway. All windows open so you get a cross breeze on the hill it is located on. From your porch you can see the beautiful valley and mountains. I will certainly stay again if I am in this part of Vermont. One update would be welcome is to replace the mattress with a softer one.
I stayed here for one night and came back later for another three. Rooms are just fine, owners are very helpful and friendly. Great atmosphere. Nice views.
