Pike Shock was not operating properly during epic ride. Shop owner tore it apart and fixed it while all my friends were at lunch. Put me back on trails fully functional ... minimal cost.

Traveling from Colorado and my Titus had some issues with brakes and headset from being thrown around by the baggage guys at united. Stark mountain fixed them quickly and it was more inexpensive than I thought it would be. My bike came back to me better than when I left Colorado. Great service and a friendly, helpful attitude. They also gave great tips on where to ride in the waitsfield area.
