The Grunberg Haus is nothing short of amazing!!! Leah and Duane (and Niko/June) have taken a traditional B&B to the next level. Their attention to detail is wonderful and shows all throughout the Inn! Really feels inviting and friendly with thoughtful decor from the past and present. This is truely a special place for exploring Vermont!nOne thing is also clear at the Grunberg Haus, people are happy! This to me is the epitome of an Inn or B&B. The joyous laughter and conversation is everywhere to be seen. Adults from all ages are sharing stories over breakfast or at the fire. I can't recommend this place enough!!! Would give 10 stars if I could.

This is our 3rd visit to Grunberg Haus, and it keeps getting better. Neko is the best dog ever! She greets us at our car every time we return to the hotel. Leah, Duane Neko and June have a way of making you feel at home and extremely welcome. From he smell of maple syrup in the air to the record player and record collection in our room, this place is truly unique. I can't imaging staying anywhere else when visiting Vermont.

This place is such a breath of fresh air! Guest house meets skate culture meets rock and roll. Easily the best B&B anywhere

What a joy! Leah and Duane were incredible hosts, and the dogs were the sweetest treat, especially Neko who came to cuddle while we sipped our coffee. Breakfast was so lovely each morning, and every corner of this space was a new discovery. I spent my birthday weekend here last year and would love to book another getaway but it looks like its all booked up - good for them but ahhhhh. Highly recommend getting a car though, there was no food delivery or uber in the area, and it's pretty remote... But Duane even offered to drive us to pick up some food! We spent the days watching cheesy movies and relaxing in the gorgeous common area, and loved the pool table and all the decor. The rooms were so beautiful and spacious, and the showers were excellent. And the little shop was so cool! I can't wait to come back to this place!

Duane and Leah attend to their guests' needs while giving them free rein to enjoy themselves in a comfortable, free-spirit, trusting environment. Niko (the dog) and guest canines made our stay that much more special, keeping our children entertained, if not enthralled :-)
