Neighbors are pleasent and rooms are good. Manager is very nice and accommodating. Happy to have my family here.
The rooms are stale smelling and not clean. The office manager seems nice at first but he finds every little thing to complain about. No hot water some mornings. The beds were old mattresses that creased in the middle and made people roll into the center. There's an older lady who lives there who is nosey and wants to know everyone's life story and business. The price of $75 is way over the top for the type of room you get and the people you have to deal with.
The manager James is very accommodating...the rooms are big...there are no bugs...the owner's are very nice too...the price is great . I highly recommend...
