I called and booked my room. Got settled in and went to take a shower where there was no hot water. Went to get in bed and there were bed bugs. (I would upload the picture but I don’t know how). Room 129. So.... I left immediately and I will NEVER return.
Hotel management is very rude, and dishonest... I booked my reservation online, I called to make sure the room I wanted was available the one with the jacuzzi tub, the hotel told me it was and tried to charge me 3x the listed price.nI called choice customer service and had them book the room for the correct price, all was good and done. Now as I travel for work as a contractor, I had to extend my staynI called into the choice hotel reservations number to extend the current reservation by one nightnAfter some discussion the room reservation was extended with a confirmation email.nnAs I am getting ready for my last day on the contract they call me and tell me I need to pay 3x time the amount I was supposed to pay per my reservation.nnAnd they stated my reservation was never entered in the system. And I need to pay again.nnI am currently running late for a $1000.00 contract assignment and having to deal with thisnnThese people are either incompetent or dishonestnMy advice? Stay somewhere else it’s not worth the headache

Even with no smoking signs the buildings 2nd floor smelled from smoke really bad.
Room stunk like cigarettes, whatever I'm a hiker could care less. When I went to reserve a room for a 2nd night later on day 2. They told me the room smelled like cigarettes and reemed me out. No thanks. Comfort Inn way better.
