Great place to have a drink after ski. Bar looks out over the mountain. Last year till they redo the lodge so might be a good chance to go one last time before new one is there. Matt the bartender was great at making sure all glasses were full.
Old school ski lodge. Great for nostalgic skiers. No special amenities, but comfortable. An updated replacement is being built.
This is mine and my husbands favorite lodge. Its easy to get access to Skye peak, Killington peak, and ramshead from this lodge and bear mountain is easy to get to as well. Today was great as all the trails were open and there was plenty of room on the hill it didnt feel crowded for a holiday week. The lodge itself is nice but I'm excited for the new lodge that they are replacing the one right now with. It will be a well needed upgrade but I will miss the more cozy old school feel of this current k1 lodge.
This place is going to be amazing. The redesign from bottom up is going to make this place breathtaking. Stay tuned.
Nice place to relax while at the slopes. Seating is somewhat limited. Food is good (expensive though). Live music was going on around 3pm when we were there.
