Great place. Free firewood. Place is very cozy.
Where to start on the horrors! To enter the room you first have to unlock door to a tiny shared hallway. One room to the left, one room to the right. The room itself is passable, until you realize that the bathroom door has two doors, one leading to the shared hallway! And the only thing separating the two is a flimsy lock and a thin chain. Walls are paper thin, you could have a conversation with the neighbors through the door. I found a hair on the sheets, disgusting. There's no housekeeping services.
Stayed 3 nights over new year. Can’t fault it other than it is a VERY expensive time of year
Took us 5 different trips to various reception areas, three sets of keys and a change of room assignment before we could finally get into the room. The room was nice enough, clean and up to date, though it didn't have a mini fridge. There was also construction/repair in the room adjacent and at one point during the stay one of the contractor's walked into the room by mistake. On check out, more difficulties as they had apparently put us in the wrong room and could not find the reservation to check out.nnIt's unfortunate, as the spot and building are nice enough, but aweful customer service kills this rating.
These were great to stay at while we skied and Killington. Nice new kitchens and spacious rooms
