My fiance and I stayed here for 3 nights, Thursday-Sunday. First impressions are that it is a very rustic place. The bar area was cute with wooden furniture everywhere and a pool table. Our room looked fine upon arrival with a view of the little courtyard area where they have a hot tub and a fire pit. We went to go in the hot tub our first night only to find out that the jets were disabled and it looked pretty dirty. So it was just a stagnant pit of hot water. We went to check out the indoor pool which was a skinny lap pool. Also looked dirty so we didn't swim. The parking lot definitely needs work and there was this awful looking tennis court right off the parking lot that has definitely seen better days. Both my fiance and I had trouble sleeping every night-the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. Bathroom in our room was pretty outdated and needed a face lift. I would not call this a 3 star hotel, more like 2 or 2.5 at most. The staff was very nice though during our stay and the hotel is right down the road from Killington Mountain.

We stayed at the mountain lodge for 6 nights. Over all a very pleasant stay. The view was great and the staff was friendly. The breakfast that was included wasn’t the best, it was just orange juice and a muffin but due to Covid I understand. There are plenty of great cafés and diners close by to grab a bite to eat at. The property was very quiet even being by the golf course and pool area. Over all I would definitely recommend Killington Mountain Lodge!

This hotel has potential, but it's not there yet, at all. It appears that the outside has been recently redone with new roof, siding, and paint. The common areas are spacious with fire places and a pool table, but there is a lot of unused areas that look like there use to be a bar and a restaurant. The emptiness is kind of creepy. Then there's the rooms. What a dump! Our room had very old furniture that was beat up, the bath tub was scary, and the outside windows and doors were so old that there was horrible drafts. The room was so cold because the heat wasn't working properly, even when it was turned up to 90 degrees. There's a weird A/C thing in the room that the cold air was flowing thru, so we had to cover it with towels to keep the cold air out. The reception on the TV kept going in and out as well. My daughter went to the indoor pool, took one look at it, and said that she wasn't going to go in because it looked gross and thought that it would make her sick. We were booked to stay two nights, but after one night, we got out early the next morning. I can't believe this is a Hilton hotel.

Our experience was fantastic. The pool was so warm, with gas fires around the heated pool. The beds were so comfortable and rooms bigger than expected! Very very friendly staff member named Jessica helped us with any questions and was absolutely fantastic, helping with anything we needed. Thank you! We will be back!! ud83dude0a and we’ll ask for Jessica! ud83dude4fud83cudffc

From the second we walked in Lou greeted us as if we had been lifelong friends. He gave us solid recommendations for how to spend a fall night in Killington. We did everything he recommended and had one of the best evenings in recent memory. Amazing service; always coming around to make sure we were satisfied and the guy was seemingly running the place himself. Over 5 years of business traveling weekly I haven’t received service this tactful even as a platinum member when I stay at autograph collection Marriot’s. I felt like he actually cared if we were happy and that is a quality surprisingly hard to come by. The place is nice; played some pool while watching the game upstairs. The room is itself is standard but if you need a chocolate on your pillow to be happy then I’m sorry. Places like this, and especially people like Lou are hard to come by believe me.
