This place is PHENOMENAL! Maxwell's customer service was superb! HIs knowledge of bikes, trails, and local history is top notch and we had a wonderful time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Another bike rental shop in the area wasn't nearly as flexible.

I came in inquiring about bikes for smaller women. Coral helped me find a Cannondale for $300, $500 was my limit so this was perfect.nI wanted it.nShe said something small needed to be fixed, she showed me what, and so Coral asked for my phone number because she said she'd call me the next day.nnWell, Coral didn't call at all.nSo I called the following day.nShe had sold it to someone else.nnThanks for the lack of communication.
