Priced right. A bit dated and is about ready for a rehab. Nothing too much to pick on, just not top-flight.
Unfortunately, this establishment was very unclean, from the bathroom floor and walls to the hallways of the hotel and parking lot. The safety (or lack of) was another issue. Main entrances were to be locked at all times with access being granted via room key. However, a “caution wet floor” sign was wedged between the door and door casing to ensure zero safety for its patrons. Forget about asking for more than two towels for a three day stay as you will be sworn at and begrudgingly provided a few more towels. The positive thing about the hotel is that it was quiet. Most likely due to a lack of individuals staying at this hotel.
Stayed there three days on business. Room was clean and services were good aside from never getting the wifi password to work.
We've stayed here at least 5 times before this bad experience. We had a room booked months in advance before Covid became a problem in March. After several attempts of talking to a manager about a refund they refuse. When the Vermont has a travel ban not letting outside of state travelers there one would think they would understand. I cancelled the room one week in advance of our stay in March. You lost customers!!
They wouldn't do continental breakfast and the pool was closed. I get it's because of covid but we payed the same price we would have for those amenities. We only got a 10% of coupon for Denny's to make up for it. Pillows are useless.
