Jay Rentals

We traveled with 11 people, 6 adults and 5 teenagers. The house is easy to get to and very close to Jay. It’s easy to get into and plenty of parking even in the winter. With all the snow there is still a lot of space for many vehicles. We had three but could have fit a couple more.nThe house is very spacious. The garage is heated. We didn’t park in it but used it to unload all of the skis, boards, and boot bags. There are racks to hang equipment, ski, boards, and clothing. The first floor also has plenty of space for bags and jackets. The kitchen is huge and well equipped. Had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a huge table that actually fit all of us at one time and a great spot to play games. There is a bedroom with a queen bed on the first floor. Also, a full bathroom that isn’t attached to the bedroom.nThe second floor has three bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. These bedrooms all share a hall bathroom with a double vanity. There is a bonus room that has a pull out bed, TV, and a third bathroom. This bathroom has a sink, toilet and a shower only. All of the bedrooms are very spacious with good size closets if you need to use them. They also have dressers. The only negative is no TV’s in the bedrooms but that could be a good thing and didn’t really affect our trip.nThe teens, as well as the adults, enjoyed the basement. Had a lot of fun with the ping pong tables and the air hockey table.nIf this property is available for your trip than it should be your first choice. One of the cleanest houses we ever stayed at. The owner was very responsive on all three days we needed to contact him especially with the concern of all the snow and getting in and out of the property. We did get one of our vehicles, a Toyota Highlander, stuck at the main road trying to get back to the house but there was a lot of snow in a short period of time so we can’t really blame him for that. We should have waited for it to be opened up. The plow did come shorty after we freed the vehicle up.nMy biggest compliment is the towels. There are tons of towels in each bathroom. One of the first times we didn’t have to wash towels while staying at a house. Also, the washer and dryer are in the garage. This is convenient because all of the wet clothes went right into the dryer without them being all over the house.nThank you Roland we really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.
