We had an absolutely delightful meal at the Derby Line Inn, and cannot wait to return. They were clearly taking appropriate measures given the current state of the public health crisis, but still offered a welcoming environment, and food that was simply to die for. Hopefully, at some point in the future we will be able to attend special events like Oktoberfest or have a quiet drink at the bar. The Inn in beautiful, the staff are effervescent, the food is wonderful. We've just moved here, but can't wait to make this a regular haunt of ours.
Fritz and Paula are excellent hosts, and Fritz is an amazing chef. They opened their inn to me and my coworkers during the pandemic and made my stay in the Northeast Kingdom very memorable. I highly recommend staying there if you're in the area.
When we found this lovely Inn last year and knew we would return. Fritz and Paula are wonderful hosts - the food is fresh, authentic and delicious all prepared by Fritz. It is a wonderful place to stay, beautiful grounds and their warm & welcoming hospitality. We enjoyed our 2nd visit this year and will be back!
The most friendly owners. Fritz is by far the best chef I have ever had met. I have eaten here every night while staying here and it has all been amazing!
The food is spectacular. The atmosphere is both social and romantic. The building has a charm to it, that allows for fun gathering or a quiet romantic dinner. You will not leave there disappointed.
