To the owners, thank you so much for such a fine experience at the Anchorage! Had a fantastic time. You are so hospitable & were so congenial & accommodating.nBesides the cleanliness being over the top, the lovely cabin we rented was very comfortable! Comfortable to today’s standards but felt like we were experiencing a bit of Vermont camping history.nHighly recommend & looking forward to next year’s vacation already!

The Anchorage is a great place for a quiet getaway. It's conveniently located on beautiful Lake Champlain & a short distance from the interstate. The cabins & grounds are very well taken care of. The owners were attentive & welcoming during our entire stay. We enjoyed the beautiful lake views along with swimming, fishing, grilling & renting a boat. This was a wonderful getaway that has given us so many memories to remember. We will definitely be staying with you again.

In response to Melissa's comment, since she is LYING on her business page:nnWe never once said kitchenette, I said there were no picnic tables outside. Don't try to make yourself look better by completely ignoring my point. You apologized to us for stumbling and then when you went and talked to the next couple over you bumped into their chairs as well. This is pretty comical, your husband/business partner was not responsive to any of the issues that needed to be addressed. Not a great way to run a business, especially if you're going to lie about it and expect not to be called out.nnAlsoooo,nWhy in the world is it any of my business that another family is grieving the loss of someone?! July 3rd is the day we spread my fiance's father's ashes, but did I use that excuse to intimidate other families or act arrogant to other paying guests? Absolutely none of my business and another horrible excuse for your favoritism of certain guests. Your response completely supports every issue I had with your business.nnThank you for attempting to use both a global pandemic and another person's loss as excuses for your own personal use, it made me giggle.nnWe wish you nothing but the best, but that response was both rude and further from the truth.nnTake care!nKristen and Matt
