La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham St. Albans

If you're looking for a convenient hotel, this will do. It's a no-frills place at about average rate of other rooms in the area. I've stayed several times in the last few weeks and I've been happy with some and not-so-happy with the others. On one stay there was a gummy worm on the floor, ashes on the toilet seat and something gross on the wall next to the bed. I had reserved it for 3 nights and 50% of one night was taken off for it. The time after that the room was very clean. Last week however, was the worst yet and when I went to say something (I HATE to be that person- but come on) the woman at the desk looked so grumpy that I didn't feel like dealing with it. There was hair and pink slime all over the bath tub (more than one color hair too), there were candy wrappers on the floor and in the drawers, there was sticky stuff on the dresser and there were dead flies on the windowsill. I did not feel confident that there were extra cleaning procedures in place due to Covid-19 and I didn't like that I had to clean/disinfect my own room in order to feel comfortable in it (nor that there are a couple people at the desk that make you so uncomfortable that you'd rather do that than talk to them). Like I said, convenient hotel- but there's room for improvement and a little bit more effort in cleaning and a little friendliness would go a long way. *Will add photos soon

This place would be great with a restaurant in the lobby, unfortunately the flow doesn't justify it. Very few GOOD restaurants around... seem to have found the bad ones so far. Almost worth commuting to Burlington for dinner

I did not stay because they are not up front on charges. I wanted 2 rooms at 94 dollars each and after amenities charge it totalled over 500 dollars . That's ridiculous. I chose another hotel in the area and was only charged a slight tax fee for two rooms came to $200.

Has a real comfy cozy feeling with all the rain out side. Very clean. And front desk was very polite and helpful.

Very nice place. Rooms are very clean. Very comfortable
