First of all, the room was immaculate, which was reassuring with everything going on right now.nnWe checked in late, and the owner was very accommodating. Our room was nice - it was easy to get the temperature to just the right spot, and the beds were firm and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showering (as a side note, whatever brand of hair conditioner they supply made my hair look and feel amazing.)nnThis is now my go-to place to stay when I visit St. Albans!

Econo lodge will be the place I stay at from now on while in VT. This hotel is great. Big bed big TV very clean nice floors and window that looks out into the street. The continental breakfast is awesomenBetter than any other place. Good variety. Mini muffins mini Danish two kinds of cereal coffee tea hot water milk three choices of juice. The toaster is right there and can toast bread and bagels and English muffins there is jelly and peanut butter and cream cheese no extra cost it's amazing here. The man who owns the place is very kind and smiles and will actually have a conversation with you the bath tub is an actual tub and shower that doesn't feel like pins and needles. Big mirror and everything is just great. The rooms also have microwave and small refrigerator.. the other places I called said there would be an extra charge for but here you are treated very good.

My car broke down unexpectedly and the Econolodge was able to accommodate us last minute. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The hospitality Sam and his staff showed us was exceptional; it is evident he works very hard to ensure all of his guests are well taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone!

Hotel is no frills and reasonably priced except during leaf season. Room was clean and relatively updated.nnTV was good, though a bit low to the floor. Shower was good, though the tiny soap, shampoo, and conditioner would hardly work for more than one shower.nnThe employees were nice. I'd stay again for the convenience.
