Clean. Pet friendly. Jacuzzi suite was just what we needed. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful
Needs a little facelift but aside from that the staff is amazing the bed is big and comfy and there are plenty amenities given in the suite..
Faulty heat. Suite was hot. Couldn't lower temp. Uncomfortable. Young lady at check in was a Sweetheart.
Overall, this is a very nice place. If the price is right, I'll come back for another stay. However, there was some poor communication between the hotel and us. We expected a continental breakfast in the morning but during check in we found out that it's canceled because of covid-19. That's understandable but my family and I would have liked to know that beforehand. That's why they are getting 4 stars. P.S. on Google maps, it doesn't show where this hotel is. It's not well marked. You actually need to turn into Holiday Inn and then you'll see Smart Suites to the side of it.
