The room was clean, spacious & comfortable. When I made the on-line reservation breakfast was supposed to be included in the price. When I checked in I was informed that due to Covid they weren't doing breakfast - understandable. However, I did pay for it. A voucher for a local restaurant would have been very nice as they are open.
Quickly becoming a favorite hotel of mine.nnInsanely soft sheets, huge comfortable room and bed, immaculately clean, friendly helpful staff, plenty of parkingnnI sleep like a rock here.
Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was not up to typical Holiday Inn Express standards. Hairs all over the bathroom and dirty floors. Also the heater is very noisy.
Very clean and spacious rooms, comfy beds.. no breakfast due to Pandemic and pool was closed..besides that it was Great stay!
Very nice accommodations. Rooms and hotel are always clean and the staff is simply excellent! I stay here every time I'm in Burlington VT.
