REI

So I like REI. Dividends on what you bought all year, super selections on yardsale days, great gear selection. Probably my only grumble is REI branded gear used to be a massive discount for amazing gear. Now it seems to increase margins they've come off the inexpensive gear for every person. Still a great store with amazing offerings. But I wish the dang great inexpensive gear was still here.

Best REI in the area. And one of the best I've been to. Stocked with all the right gear. Great staff. Clean and clear as to policy.

Purchased a pair of hiking boots at the Asheville, NC REI and after a year of use they started giving me blisters bad enough that caused end my 5 day hike on the 2 day. I originally came into the Williston REI for some Tevas but after chatting with Josh in shoes I decided to bring in my hiking boots for an exchange of better fitting boots. Josh was very knowledgeable, patient, and determined to make sure my next boot was the perfect one for me!! He definitely goes above and beyond. Thank you so much Josh!!!

Great store, wonderful and helpful team. Shoutout to Josh for being so friendly and engaged with my sweatpant-seeking needs! Covid-era safety practices are on point. Glad to be a member here, I will happily return.

REI co-op is a great store, people who work there are fun and interested in outdoor activities. Selection or products it nice and the customer service was superb.
