Terrible customer service. I looked on their website to find a birthday present for my mother and it said it was in stock. I called before making the hour long drive there just to make sure it was correct as websites can be wrong. (I work retail and can attest to website discrepancies) the man on the phone couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough. I figured it was just one person so didn’t think anything of it as we all have bad days. When I got there I asked someone where a Bosu ball was and he said they didn’t have anything by that name... then I asked a woman next to him and she said oh you bocce, we don’t have here. Then I said no I mean Bosu, then explained what it was, she exclaimed that they don’t have that there. I went on to tell her that I checked the website and they do, even called to verify and was told they do! She then pointed to the back of the store and said it would probably be back there. I eventually found it and when I told another person working there about my experience they didn’t seem to care. I will not be shopping there again.

Just wish there were a few more in store sales. Great store though!

Poor customer service. We had a manager, named Trish assist with our online order yesterday (in-store) and she walked away from us when were not even done having our conversation. We had shown up a couple days after placing the online order to find that the item was on the shelves (after the order was apparently canceled). The manager told us they get shipments in every other day so, their shelves were stocked after I received my email. I am still in shock the manager walked away and wouldn't take the time to help us not just as customers, but as human beings. Who does that?nnTHE WORST PART OF THIS ALL IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE WATCHED HER MANAGER AND NOW THINKS THIS BEHAVIOR IS ACCEPTABLE FROM MANAGEMENT.nnI had also called customer service the same day I placed the online order after receiving an email stating the product was no longer available. I had a similar horrible experience. I asked for the following and was told “no ma’am we can’t do that”.n•tCan you ship the item in-stock from one store to another?n•tCan you expedite the shipping?n•tCan you cancel my order?nThe customer service agent I spoke to couldn’t help with any of my three requests. In fact, even if her hands were tied, the least she should’ve done is found an alternative other than telling me to drive to the next closest location where the item was said to be in-stock.nnPLEASE HELP ME FIGURE OUT HOW THIS COULD POSSIBLY BE TURNED AROUND?

They didn't have what I was looking for which is whatever but I figured I'd grab gloves/mittens. In wearing my mask staying away from people wear I can... I'm over by the glove wall they have going on. And an employee comes around the corner, gets close enough he could have hugged me and didn't even say excuse me or acknowledge me at all, like he was close enough it would have been rude even pre covid... He basically ignored that fact he has even near anyone. Everyone else was decent but his reaction bothered me enough to post this... Still can't believe he came around the corner and basically got in front of me while I was shopping and pretended I wasn't there
