Was going to place and order for a bear over $100 and this company still want to charge for shipping. I called customer service and the women said there is nothing they can do. No discount can be given, no shipping waiver. Doesn’t seem like good business to me. Who charges for shipping on order over $100? Will have to look elsewhere.
Fun for all ages! It is very interesting to learn about and what the entire process of Teddy Bears being built and repaired all on site. The store has a large number of items for purchase to remember your visit. There are also a ton of photo opportunities throughout the complex
I have visited many times over the last 19 year's with my children and we always love the trip. The staff are always so friendly and helpful and there are always so many new types of bears. We love that this company teams up to help support important causes and makes us feel good knowing a portion of our purchases go to help others. Would highly recommend a visit to this fun factory and stroll its beautiful grounds.
Have been coming here since I was a little girl and it still holds a special place in my heart. I came to get my new son his first Vermont teddy bear that he can cherish forever. I still have mine from 1994!
I came here clear from Ohio. Vermont Teddy Bear was on my places to see and was worth the drive. I enjoyed my visit and my bear! Vermont is a very beautiful state.
