This is a horrible place to stay. Quality Inn should pay its guests to stay here. The entire building is filled with fresh cigarette smoke at all times. The staff and management apparently allows cigarette smoking inside. I feel unsafe here. Glad the police are here Quality Inn multiple times threwout the day.

Just got here. Took 30 min just to check in. Room has sticky floors, air conditioner is on its last leg and our bed has hairs, Cheeto crumbs, make up smudges on pillows and other miscellaneous debris all over it. Wish we found a better hotel, but this is what I get for not checking reviews before booking. Super disappointed and not looking forward to my two night stay.

Poor because my room smelled like someone with a bad smoking habit stayed there for a year and the smell was in everything. Woke up in the morning to find a pool of water on the floor and was told the system is old and can't be run on high. Well it was low when I came in and the room was smelly, stuffy and unbearable. The only thing that made it decent was Anthony at the front desk. Pleasant, kind and really helpful.

Worst hotel experience by far. Booked the wrong night and tried to get another room for the night I needed and was told none were available, called them walking out and magically there was. Wouldn’t cancel the incorrect date so I had to pay for both. On top of that they gave us an already occupied room at 11:30 pm and had to wait for new keys to another room. Told there was a fridge and microwave but there was no microwave. Patrick working at night has the worst possible customer service skills and was the one that lied about the room availability in the first place. Cleanliness isn’t a first priority either, smells like everyone smokes and they’ve never deep cleaned anything. Extremely disappointed and don’t recommend.
