The Owner Mike is a very nice guy and great to deal with. The house keeper Arron and the maintenance tech are also very friendly and organized.

great option to stay if you need an extended visit into Burlington, affordable, and close to school and shopping. conveniently located just off of exit 13. thanks for everything.

The old reviews of Champlain Inn are no longer relevant. The place is under new ownership and he has worked hard to clean up not only the property but the location's reputation, as well. The type of clients the inn used to cater to are now banned from staying there, and the employees work hard to keep the rooms clean.nnIn addition, the location is surrounded by beautiful Vermont houses and is close to shopping and downtown Burlington. For those without transportation, there's a bus stop in front of the Inn.nnI just spent a month at Champlain Inn while relocating and felt comfortable and safe (even for my automobile). I was completely satisfied with my stay.

Horrible horrible stay. I paid for a week and was constantly harassed. We're not allowed to have visitors after 9 p.m. I definitely felt sexually harassed because all the clothes I wore. It was summer time and I wear short shorts and a tank top and I was stared at continuously by employees. My sheets had blood on them, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff they would do nothing to help me. There was constant arguments throughout the night, and a lot of police parking in the parking lot, but they would do nothing to help my situation either. I will never stay here again and I don't suggest you either stay here. Find somewhere else, this place is a shitshow
