Cute place, walking distance from all the restaurants and bars in downtown and church street, we had a fantastic time here, the room was clean and comfortable the only thing is the driveway sneaks up on you so slow down when you get close by. The owners where very nice, they have a nice area for snacks and breakfast, nothing crazy but still good. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family
Great property, just a few blocks from the heart of downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain
I stayed in the Master's Bedroom, and I have to say it was a fantastic room. It was clean, the bathroom plumbing was excellent, smoothest faucet ever. The bed was comfortable, we had temperature control with the help of an AC and the look of the room was beyond par. Bill was of great help and a great conservationist. If you need an inn to stay during your trip to Burlington, 254 Guest House is definitely a great idea.
Beautiful home; our room was gorgeous! My wife and I are thrilled we spent or fifth wedding anniversary at the big pink house. The house is very conveniently located near downtown, and there are a ton of great places within walking distance.
Very nice and spacious room, in a very nice house. The inn is 5 minutes away from downtown on foot. We enjoyed every moment of our stay in the guestroom and would recommend the inn to anyone.
