Lived here for a couple years and missed it. Location is unmatched, but HOA structure a little disorganized, lacks clear, decisive leadership. When i first moved in most condo owners were young professionals w/o kids like myself (late-20’s to mid-30’s) but I’ve noticed the demographic has gotten progressively older with many retirees moving in.
