In the midst of Covid, we needed a quick getaway! We were super nervous about going... well, anywhere! But once we got to the hotel, we saw everyone wearing masks, social distancing & hand sanitizer readily available! They're very careful about contact tracing, too! Obviously everything is different during Covid, so in place of daily room cleaning, we were able to call the front desk whenever we needed towels, soap, shampoo, coffee, anything! On top of that, the front desk called us about every other day to make sure we had everything we needed & that we were having a good stay! There's a lot to be said about that level of customer service nowadays! Breakfasts have been changed to a grab & go thing because of Covid, but they had a decent selection given the circumstances they're trying to deal with to meet CDC standards! Aside from all the Covid mess stuff, the location itself is perfect! We had a beautiful view of Lake Champlain from our room & the area is surrounded by amazing shops & restaurants! We really loved our experience in Burlington & at our hotel!

This place was great this place was great. The rooms were very clean. The location was right in the downtown area. I would definitely stay here again. They also had a nice fire going outside when we pulled up.

Friendly staff, great support for us while we had a small gathering. It was very accommodating to our needs. They do have several available amenities open that others don't like their pool and gym which is awesome if that is what you are looking for in this COVID environment. Keep up the great work and if looking to stay here, definitely recommended.

It was a decent location close to church st, but not worth the money. You pay $10 to park yourself in parking garage with limited spots. The parking garage ceiling is around 7ft tall, so some trucks will not fit. They offer valet parking for $20, but that Service is currently unavailable

This hotel was fine considering everything else in the area was about double the price. Still $200 a night was not really worth what we got in my opinion. Do not think Hilton when you book here, think maybe days inn. They charge $10 a night for parking, but don't guarantee you a spot, and parking was very full. I'm thinking this is a newly bought by Hilton because they seemed to be in a transition. Aside from the strange layout of the hotel, the furniture in the room was old, dingy, and mismatched. It looked they picked it up at a garage sale over the weekend. There were also dirty/scorched looking playing cards behind the chair so that makes me question how clean it was.
