Despite construction happening and a fire drill during my stay - I am still giving 5 stars.nnBeautifully remodeled property with easy access to everything downtown. I easily walked to the waterfront and multiple restaurants. Front desk staff was helpful and recommended a great restaurant. Freshly ground coffee machine and sparkling water tap on each floor was the icing on the cake.nn(Slightly) disappointed by the water pressure - but I am truly not happy unless it shoots out like a water cannon.

Disappointing stay..nWhat you see is NOT what you get. The interior of the hotel is under renovation which we were not informed of until we arrived and saw the construction. There is no pool, hot tub or permanent bar area which was advertised on the websites. They had a makeshift bar set up on folding tables.nGuest services: upon check in, the lady at the desk was extremely condescending and rude.nReservations: I paid for two king bed rooms in full, in advance. Upon arrival, they informed us they had no king rooms and offered 1 queen room with a single bed and 1 queen room with 2 beds. I asked if the rooms could be near each other and she said that was not possible, even though it was booked together. This is just unacceptable, what if I was traveling with small children and needed rooms near each other or adjoining?nRooms: the rooms APPEARED to be clean upon arrival HOWEVER, The room with 2 queen beds smelled of sewage. we called to have someone come clean the area of the carpet/bed that smelled, we were put on hold 3 times for 15 minutes each. When we finally spoke with someone she reluctantly sent someone up to clean the area.nnNo cleaning services or fresh towels, only available upon request - we were never informed of this upon arrival.nnPositive note: they practiced good social distancing measures

Amazing views from the ‘View room’. One of the nicer Hilton’s I have stayed at.nnI would dock a point for not really getting any diamond benefits here, not even water bottles. The premium wifi was slower than 3GnnAll that faded away once we opened up the blinds and soaked in the views of Lake Champlain.

Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Incredibly overpriced with very poor customer service. Payed for a 2 room and the hotel staff switched us to a 1 room with a pathetic blow up bed that took 2 phone calls, 2 hrs and attitude to even bring up. Do not recommend.

Clean, tidy room, well set up to do remote work during the day. Great location for evening activities from biking skiing the lake to grabbing dinner nearby!
