Probably the best courtyard I’ve ever stayed at. Great service and exceptional property and location. I will absolutely stay here the next time I’m in Burlington
A friend and I came here in September after booking a room online. When we arrived to check in, the front desk attendant asked us to leave because we had flown from a state that the Marriott wasn’t accepting guests from due to covid. My issue is not with the policy as they were only following the law, but it was the fact that they made no mention of it on their website. Not during booking, not after they charged the credit card, not in the confirmation email. It’s quite a shock when you fly 3,000 miles and are told to get out of the hotel at Midnight. Lastly, the best advice the front desk could give us was “you can drive to New York and get a hotel there.” Gee. Thanks Marriott.
Decent hotel but the room was oddly set up, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the furnishings were very cheap. Make sure that when you book that you check the listing for what type of Jacuzzi tub you will get. Ours was a single but would have preferred a double.
Convenient location, near restaurants and shopping. Great views of Lake Champlain. Request a upper level floor for the best views.
I stay exclusively at Marriott. I would not stay at this one again based on the customer service I received. I don't beleive it is the responsibility of young staff to question my disability permit when I am the one who enquired about parking in the first place. Other than that, place was what one expects from the Marriott standard of excellence.
