Love them
I was in the store yesterday to pick up a prescription with my daughter who has a service dog. We came around the corner coming into the pharmacy and an off leash dog came running up to us, barking and growling. My daughter picked up her service dog. I asked the man to get his dog, and he called me all sorts of colorful names, put him on a retractable leash and kept yelling at me. He told my daughter that he hoped she died and went to hell. While this was going on, the pharmacist Dave did nothing to help us. After the man left, Dave told us that it is Kinney corporate policy to allow pets in their stores. I asked him why he didnt help us, and he said that the man did nothing wrong. I gave him a card from the ADA and he said that still yet, the man did nothing wrong. I will NEVER return to this store. We did receive an email from the regional; manager stating that their corporate policy was in fact that they DO NOT allow pets, only service dogs. Horrible, scary experience.
Exceptionally helpful and friendly! Wonderful pharmacy staff.
do not go here. despite corporate policy they allow pets into their stores even off leash and aggressive ones. stay safe and avoid this store
