Skirack has become my go-to sports shop. There is a reason Ski Rack is nationally-recognized as a Ski & Bike Retailer. Good selection. Knowledgeable staff. Great service. Their service department has the know-how and experience for complicated modern bike maintenance.

Great shop with a fairly expansive selection of outdoor gear. Prices can be a bit higher than some other places in the area, but that comes with the selection and quality. Staff is usually very helpful and knowledgeable. I would, however, say that my experiences with the Skirack bike shop have been very hit or miss. I've had great service there before but my most recent trips have been terrible, especially considering the relatively high price you pay to have work done here. All and all though, it's a great shop I recommend to most people

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, well stocked store! Took a long road trip to VT for some good road cycling in mid-June, upon arrival I realized I had forgotten my bike shoes at home. Went to the Skirack in Burlington for new shoes and after some excellent assistance was riding later that day. Shoes ended up really killing my feet. Went back to Skirack for a fix and everybody there was incredible! While they fitted me for a better shoe, they also tuned my bike (it had been 'ghost shifting on climbs). Found a new pair of shoes and they exchanged the used ones no problem. In and out the door in less than an hour totally happy with new gear and tuned bike. The tech even test rode my bike before releasing it, and they didn't charge me for the tune up. Everyone we interacted with at the Skirack was friendly and helpful, nice to be around in 'normal' times and especially appreciated in these trying times.
