We rented 8 (hybrid, road and electric) bikes for a day visiting Burlington. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Amazing experience and great bikes, we really enjoyed it and recommend it to anyone vising Burlington.

We were allowed to try out electric bikes for several days, which I thought was great. The sales staff kindly helped me raise the handle bars twice to address my back’s idiosyncrasies. And 3 months and hundred of miles later, the staff have helped me solve a problem with my bike rack and have tuned things up. Great service. Love this store.

I had a great experience with North Star Sports. Above and beyond great service - even delivering a bike to my daughter (which is not what they do). I handled everything via phone and everyone I spoke with was great. JP was especially helpful. I highly recommend.

Super helpful for a replacement rear cassette and my friends rear hub assembly. They were busy but took care of us quickly. Highly recommend
