Village Sport Shop Trailside

My husband, daughter and I were sight seeing and came in to their shop to get a coffee for me and a beer for my husband per their advertisement. There were three males tending to the store. They told us they weren’t serving any beverages today and turned away with no explanation. We asked if there was anything else nearby and they responding not for miles. I asked if I could use their restroom and was told because I was not a customer I could not even though I was clearly trying to be a customer. I was told I could use the port a potty outside down the street. A little kindness would have gone a long way.
