Love this place. The family that owns and operates is delightful, the cabins older but clean and the location great. Love the big porches!
we really enjoyed these little cottages on historic Rt 7a in Bennington County. Its less than 30 min to Manchester Center and close to a bunch of hiking trails. We went in the fall (leaf peeping) but noticed its also about 30 min from Bromley and at least one XC ski track.nThe owners were accommodating, helpful, laid back and friendly. There was a lot of care in how things were set up- they'd clearly created spaces in the bathroom to rest toiletries and the little drop down table by the fridge and microwave were great for food prep/eating.nIt was comfortable, clean, and cozy.nIf you're into rustic, convenient cottage accommodations you'll love this place.nWe also noticed grills outside for warmer months and there are horses and chickens in the backyard (the rooster wasn't close enough to wake us up but if you're up you can hear him!)
Amazing service. Great cottage with AC TV. Coffee pot.. Deffinitly recemend to all. Oh and they have horses
I have been staying at the Serenity for over 30 years on annual fishing trips and weekend getaways. Jan is every bit as friendly and attentive to your needs and comfort as John and Cecelia were. It still is and has been a great place to relax and stay in a friendly country setting!
Too many ridiculous questions for people out of state who were willing to stop for a night. That's not your business, guys, where we're from and the reason why we were here!
