Beautiful, comfortable hotel with amazing, friendly service! Impeccably clean (both the room and the common spaces), updated decor, and delicious food on site. My husband and I were impressed from the moment we pulled into the parking lot. The decks, patios and fire pit area were breathtaking and well kept. We were impressed by the fireplace in the room, the comfortable bed, and the heavenly shower head in the large tile shower. I highly recommend the hotel ... and the restaurant in it! We will definitely be back!
Highly recommend this hotel! They went above and beyond to not only give us feel a warm welcome but to also make us feel safe during the unprecidented covid times. Dawn at the Front Desk was amazing as was Amber in the restaurant and gentleman at the Host stand for the restaurant (sorry, can't remember his name!). We didn't utilize the Valet service but they were all welcoming and incredibly friendly everytime we walked by. Hospitality has taken such a hit due to covid but you wouldn't know it with all the friendly employees here. Thank you for a great stay- we will be back!
We wished to celebrate a night/day away in a remarkable room. We were told our room was a suite, when we arrived it was “cabin” which we could not find after getting wet in the rain in a substandard parking lot. The lady at the desk made excuses for no one being at the valet kiosk to help us find the roof. The price we paid, we expected more and didn’t receive acceptable service or proper help. Disappointed is an understatement.
Not worth the cost. Very unprofessional staff. It was a beautiful hotel. Its a shame the staff, the food and the service doesnt match this beautiful place. Burned bacon and runny, wet scrambled eggs for our breakfast. I wouldn't recommend the food at their in house restaurant, The Copper Grouse, to anyone. Get breakfast a Dunkin right down the street. The one good point was how beautiful it looks there.
Loved staying here! The customer service was exceptional. When my husband needed coffee, they sent it to the room. When we needed towels for the pool, they brought them there. Loved the social hour every night, the bike rentals, and shuttle into town. Would highly recommend staying here!
