They did a good job in a timely manner.
This guy was an absolute joke to talk to you on the phone when calling him to hopefully give him business on a roof repair I tell him that I would like to be there so I can go over everything with them as I am a home inspector so it’s not like I don’t understand what he would be talking about. He then began to tell me that he does not need his hand to be held while looking at a roof and then hangs up on me. Well let me tell you my friend if this is how you run your business you and your business are a complete joke. If I could give you anything less than one star I would do that.
We needed a New Roof on our Home and Mark delivered! Anyone in need of a new Roof should consider Coletti Roofing in Kingman AZ. I had a bad leak, caused by hail damage, in an my shingle roof. Mark Coletti was excellent in meeting with the insurance adjuster, pointing out the damage, insuring that they accepted his opinion to pay for repairing the damage, and then replacing it excellently on a timely and effective basis. Very few roofers in Kingman, were able to give me a reasonable or effective quote, or even called or showed up for the appointment. Acted, generally, like they didn't need or want the business. Coletti is a great guy, customer service oriented, they cleaned up scrupulously after the job, and made sure everything was ship shape. Great roofing contractor!
